SECTION 20 - REFUND AND SHIPPING

Free Shipping

Shezia offers free delivery on all orders. Delivery time for countries such as the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and parts of Europe takes 8 to 30 business days while the delivery time for the rest of the world usually takes 15 - 45 business days.

Delivery time are estimates, some items may be delivered earlier than expected delivery time and some take up 2 to 3 days delays due to uncontrollable circumstances.

Tracking Number

All items ordered with Shezia are dispatched with a tracking number. These details are emailed directly to the email add provided during check out.

Due to the arrival of bulk orders, please allow a 3 to 5 days allowance for the tracking number to be reflected to Shezia Tracking System.

Multiple Ordered Items

For multiple packages, there will be circumstances that items will be delivered in a split delivery time. Multiple items are sent separately, please allow 2 to 3 days for other packages to arrive. If after 3 days you haven’t received other items you ordered, please feel free to contact us at contact@sheziawear.com.

Customs and Taxes

Customs, import taxes, tariffs, and item seizures are the sole responsibility of customers. We will always dispatch your order so you don't need to pay tax, but we cannot guarantee there will be no tax due in the destination country.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.

Processing of orders usually takes 1 to 5 business days. Once orders are processed and shipped, your tracking numbers should be working. If you are having a problem tracking your order, please feel free to contact us.

Non-delivery of Orders

A full refund will be granted if a package will not arrive within 90 days from the time of the order. Please visit our Return Policy.

COVID19 

Due to the prevailing spread of COVID19, the Shezia  dispatch team is taking extra precautions and follow mandated health protocols to make sure items arrive in your doorsteps safely. Shipping timelines may be adjusted, but nothing to worry about, Shezia Team will keep in touch with you.

If you have considered return and refunds, you probably ordered an Item with us. This means that we owe you a great “Thank you” for your love for Shezia, and as much as we want to deliver exceptional customer service. That said, here are some things you might want to know:

Returns

1. There shall be NO RETURNS allowed for FINAL SALE items, except for factory defects or quality flaws.
2. Cancellation of orders shall only be allowed within 24hours from the time of the confirmation of orders.
3. Items must be sent back within 10 days counted from the delivery date.
4. CHERRYPAPE reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for Final Sale or stale items.
5. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Return Center.
6. Please keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number, as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.

• Photo of the item with the manufacturer’s defect

                        -Items should be returned unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Moreover, it must be free from any stain makeup, deodorant, or wear caused by customer mishandling.

Additional notes: The return processing time-frame does not include the time needed for your return package to deliver to our facility. Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Please keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Shezia will not issue store credit for your returns.

Refunds

1. Only regular priced, received damaged, or not described items can be fully refunded back to the original payment method.
2. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
3. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
